Can I take up an asset for a church member’s use such as laptop?
No. This project is to support RCCG Parishes and not individuals. There are
other sites for consumers. Eg. https:www.freecycles.org
Can any parish ask me to pay once I contact them for My Story the pick up?
No. This is a breach of agreement and you should not
pay for the item. However, you need to escalate such
request to the admin
How would I treat this in my asset listing/Balance sheet?
Please speak to your accountant who will remove the asset from your asset
listing and write-off the equipment in your balance sheet
