Terms of Exchanges

OFFER

  1. You register to list your unused equipment with pictures, descriptions, location of where it is stored.
  2. Admin will receive the listing details and will review the information.
  3. If there is a need for more clarity on the item or descriptions, admin will contact you to clarify the information.
  4. Admin will make the listing active/live.

Expression of Interest

  1. Submit your request to the equipment owner that you are interested.
  2. You will need to provide the following information: Resident Pastor’s Name, Parish Name,
    address, and the church official email address/contact details for verification
  3. Considerations shall be given in order of receipt of your interest
  4. Admin may do a routine background check to ensure that item transfers are not to individuals who want to make an economic gain from this project.
  5. Transfer of asset will be completed between the 2 Parishes
  6. Feedback from the recipient about the item so that admin can remove the item from the system.

WANTED

  1. You may also list any item that your parish needs as “WANTED”
  2. You will log on to the system and give full description of the equipment that you need
  3. You will also provide your contact details to enable the Helping Parish (HP) to
    contact you.
  4. The request will be reviewed and the listing will be activated by the admin.

Expression of Interest

1.Click on the contact button to inform admin and the Parish that you are willing
to help.
2.You will need to provide contact information for effective communication.
3.Transfer of asset will be completed between the 2 Parishes.

  1. Feedback from the receiving Parish (RP) will be required for admin to close the
    request.

Conflict resolution
• The terms and conditions are written in a way to avoid conflicts and in most cases both the giver and receiver should be able to resolve themselves.
• All conflicts will raise and sent to the admin email.
• The admin will review the complaint in line with the terms and conditions.
• If an infringement is identified, admin will decide if this can be resolved by speaking to both parties or escalated to the pastors of the parishes.
• On rare occasion, if a suspicious fraudulent activity is discovered, admin will share with central office for further advise.
• Admin reserves the right to suspend, terminate an account if there is gross misconduct. A warning may be issued as well for lesser offences.
